Today the Littleton Police Department hosted the annual Shop with a Cop event. LPD had the pleasure of taking 50 kids on a shopping spree through Target for the holiday season. Donations made by an anonymous donor, in partnership with the Littleton Community, made it possible to provide each child with a $200 gift card.
Each child was anonymously nominated by a school counselor, who recognized a family in need. Every year this is a wonderful and heartwarming event, and LPD thanks everyone who was involved for not only making Christmas a little brighter for some local families, but also for our officers.
LPD is humbled and grateful to have the opportunity to serve such an amazing community.
