Long Blue Line Event

The Littleton Police Department (LPD) joined multiple agencies across Colorado to participate in the 20th annual Long Blue Line event today. This law enforcement charity event for children fighting cancer brought together 45 agencies, including LPD, and over 400 police officers.

Patrol vehicles lined up and drove from the Buehler Moving Warehouse, located at 16456 East Airport Circle to Children’s Hospital Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, located at 13123 East 16th Avenue in one “Long Blue Line.” Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions officers did not have the opportunity to visit the patients inside the building, but they did have the to opportunity to stand outside, wave, and show support. Gift cards of $25 were donated to over 400 children and multiple gifts were dropped off for distribution.
